Professional Background
LING LI spent eight years inside the fiber optic communication industry before founding HENGXANG Firm in December 2000 - first as a production engineer polishing her understanding of connector manufacturing, then as a regional sales manager watching customers with completely different buying logics get served the same rigid way. That experience became the founding idea of the company: a factory-direct sourcing platform that adapts to the buyer - through flexible OEM/ODM/OBM/JDM/CMT cooperation models, one-stop engineering service, and a customized direct-procurement plan for every purchase - instead of forcing every buyer through one catalog and one contract.
Over the 25+ years since, she has led HENGXANG from a focused connector workshop into an integrated manufacturer with more than 500 employees and two dedicated production subsidiaries, one for precision connectors and passive components and one for cable extrusion and assembly. She still personally reviews every major cooperation-model decision, every key account plan, and every capital investment in production capacity - a discipline she credits for the company surviving multiple market cycles while many peers did not.
She remains closely involved in the quality culture that differentiates HENGXANG for its customers: the decision to pursue ISO 9001 certification well ahead of most domestic peers in the early 2000s was hers, and so was the rule that batch-level test records are retained so any field issue can be traced to a specific production run.
