Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website hengxang.com operated by Fiber Optic Manufacturer ("we", "us", "our") and, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, the purchase of fiber optic products and related services from us. We are a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer and supplier; by using this website or placing an order with us you confirm you are acting in a professional or business capacity.

1. About These Terms

Please read these terms carefully before using the website or requesting a quotation. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website. These terms refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle personal data; those policies form part of these terms where applicable.

2. Nature of Our Business and Website

This website presents our fiber optic product catalog (connectors, adapters, cable, cable management hardware, active products and related items) and allows business buyers to request quotations, samples and technical documentation. Content on this website is provided for professional sourcing purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer; a binding offer is created only when you place a formal order and we confirm it in writing (see Section 4).

3. Inquiries, Quotations and Pricing

4. Orders and Contract Formation

An order is concluded - and a contract between you and us is formed - when we send you a written order confirmation (by email or through a signed proforma invoice), not when you submit an inquiry, request or purchase-order document on your own. Each order confirmation, together with these terms, forms the agreement for that transaction. If your purchase-order terms conflict with these terms or with our order confirmation, our order confirmation prevails unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Unless your order confirmation states otherwise, payment is made by telegraphic transfer (T/T) with 90% deposit and the remaining 10% before shipment against our proforma invoice. For established customers, other arrangements (such as letters of credit for large orders) may be agreed in writing. Production and shipment scheduling start once the agreed payment is received. Bank charges for transfers are borne by the paying party unless agreed otherwise.

6. Production, Lead Time and Shipping

7. Inspection, Non-Conformity and Warranty

8. Custom, OEM and ODM Work

We regularly produce goods under customer brands and to customer specifications (OEM/ODM/JDM). For such orders: you warrant that brands, logos and designs you supply do not infringe third-party rights; approval samples must be confirmed in writing before mass production; and tooling developed for your order is reserved for your orders while the commercial relationship is active. The intellectual property in our standard designs, our tooling know-how, and our 285-patent portfolio remains ours unless separately assigned in writing.

9. Suitable Use of Products

Our products are components intended for installation and use by trained professionals in telecommunications and data-communication networks. You are responsible for verifying that products meet the technical, regulatory and safety requirements of your application and destination market before deployment, and for installation in line with applicable standards and best practice.

10. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All text, photography, product images, drawings, logos and layout of this website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view, download and print pages for your legitimate sourcing and business purposes. You may not republish substantial parts of the catalog content, use our images to market competing products, or use our name or patents without permission, except as allowed by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the website is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free; and, except for the warranty obligations in Section 7, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the value you actually paid us for the affected goods. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profit or lost data) or for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, epidemics, port congestion, war, or government action).

12. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

This website links to third-party platforms (for example social media and messaging services) and embeds content such as maps. Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or availability. See our Cookie Policy for how embedded content works.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and any order are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through negotiation; failing that, disputes are submitted to binding arbitration in China under rules agreed in the order documents, with the arbitration language being English unless otherwise agreed.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force at the time of confirmation. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
