Professional Background
Grace Xu owns the checkpoint-based quality system that stands behind every HENGXANG shipment: raw materials checked against specification before release to production, in-process checks during polishing and extrusion that catch dimensional issues before they compound, and finished-goods testing covering insertion loss, return loss, interferometric geometry, end-face inspection and - for cable - tensile, crush and temperature-cycling tests.
She has spent fifteen years in fiber optic quality control, the last ten-plus at HENGXANG. Her benchmark discipline is the reason the company can promise consistent tolerance across mixed orders: a distributor combining connectors, adapters and cable in one shipment gets the same acceptance criteria on every line item, because the internal standards she enforces are set tighter than the IEC 61300 and Telcordia GR-326 minimums most buyers benchmark against.
Her standing rule - that the quality team can hold any batch at any checkpoint, and that batch-level records are kept so a field issue can be traced to a specific production run - exists because catching a bad connector on the floor is cheap, while catching it inside a live network is not.
